Can the same club register more than one team in the same category?
Yes. The same club may register a maximum of two teams in the same age category. For example, a club may enter two U11 teams.
What is included in the package price?
The package includes accommodation, tournament entry fee, admission to the sports halls for all matches, and additional benefits depending on the tournament. The exact package details are listed on each tournament page.
Is accommodation through the organiser mandatory?
Yes. Accommodation arranged through the organiser is mandatory for all tournament participants — players and coaches.
Can parents stay in the same accommodation as the team?
Yes. Parents and accompanying persons can stay in the same accommodation as the team. Please mention this when registering so suitable accommodation can be arranged.
Can we arrive earlier or stay longer?
Yes. You may arrive one day earlier or extend your stay after the tournament. Please state your exact arrival and departure dates when registering.
How many players can be registered per team?
A maximum of 15 players can be registered per team.
When will we receive the match schedule and how many matches are guaranteed?
The match schedule will be published no later than 7 days before the tournament starts. Every team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.
How do we register and how does payment work?
Registration is available by email or WhatsApp. You may pay the full amount within 7 days after registration, or in 3 instalments: 1st instalment — 7 days after registration; 2nd — 30 days before the tournament; 3rd — 7 days before the tournament.
Can you help us organise transport if we arrive by plane?
Yes. When registering, please let us know that you need transport from the airport to the hotel and sports halls, and we will help organise the best option for your team.
Do we need a visa to travel to Croatia?
Croatia is a member of the European Union and the Schengen Area. EU citizens can travel to Croatia with a valid national ID card or passport. For travellers from outside the EU, visa requirements depend on nationality and travel documents. Please check the current official entry requirements before travelling.
